Security & Data Privacy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This page is a draft, published ahead of launch so you know what to expect. It is pending formal legal review and may change before LifeOneOS goes live.
We know LifeOneOS will be trusted with sensitive information about seniors and their families. Here's how we think about security, even at this early stage.
Our Approach
Security is a design requirement for LifeOneOS, not something we plan to add later. As we build our product, we're designing our systems with the sensitivity of health, identity, and family data in mind from day one.
Data in Transit
Information submitted through our website, including waitlist and contact forms, is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Access Controls
We limit access to personal information to team members who need it to do their jobs, such as responding to your inquiries or managing our waitlist.
Ongoing Work
As LifeOneOS moves toward launch, we plan to formalize our security practices further, including regular reviews as our product and infrastructure grow. We'll update this page as those practices mature.
Reporting a Security Issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability related to LifeOneOS, we want to know. Please email us at hello@lifeoneos.com with details, and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
